Employees who voluntarily provide their mobile  telephone number during hiring or onboarding may receive text messages regarding:

• Shift reminders
• Work assignments
• Schedule changes
• Emergency staffing requests 
• Operational notifications

SMS Messages are not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

Employees consent  to receive SMS communications during the employment onboarding process or by otherwise providing their mobile telephone number for work-related communications.

Message frequency varies based upon employee scheduling needs.

Message and data rates may apply according to the employee's wireless carrier plan.

Employees may opt out at any time by replying:

• STOP
• END
• UNSUBSCRIBE
• CANCEL
• QUIT

Once an opt-out request is received, no further SMS messages will be sent unless the employee subsequently opts back in.
